These guys are crooks!

They will take your money but not deliver!

Or deliver a half completed project with bug ridden code!

Or deliver long after the deadline (which they agreed to)!

Or they will stall or suddenly disappear leaving you in the lurch while you wonder what is going on instead of resolving the proper way like a man instead of a cockroach!

Oh right, they don’t have a proper one as they could not be bothered to produce one !!

If they couldn’t be bothered to showcase their work on their own website – what does it say about the kind of work they will produce for YOU !?

This shows you exactly the work they produce – complete shit !!

At the start before he is accepted he will promise the earth & say yes to everything (this is the sales pitch for all Indian developers), with frequent communication.

He will beg you to "send the hire" employing high pressure sales tactics.

But when faced with things he does not like to hear or too difficult he will stick his head under the ground & ignore all emails, Skype etc

This joker is a prime example of "cannot do" attitude prevalent among Indians & his culture.

Also he will be the "sales guy" applying for all projects, telling you everything you want to hear, saying yes to anything & promising the earth...

But when the project starts he will delegate all to some underling with only 1 yrs experience...

In reality, all this "company" is, is 2 men ("managers") in a room with all the rest of the affiliated contractors spread out around the country

Check out the locations of all their affiliated contarctors

As the "Project Manager" you will ONLY deal thru him directly - NEVER directly with the guy doing the actual work.

Of course, like most from his culture, he is happy to play boss BUT NEVER takes responsibility.

He will not have a clue what is going on - so he will be in effect the translator middleman between you & the underling doing the actual work

Any problems, he will wlak away & blame the client - even when everything is written in the Full SPec at the outset.

You will have to do error checking for them - often for the very 1st time - as no one in the company (in reality his shared bedroom) will do it!

In fact, the reason why most of the staff have high scores is b/c the SAME PERSON takes the test for all the workers!

This crook is full of empty promises BUT NEVER delivers, holding you to ransom UNLESS there is more money to do "this" & "that".

As you can guess, it is never ending the excuses he comes up with, how suddenly it takes x hours to do this & that, even for the most minor task like correcting a typo spelling mistake.

They will promise to upload code to your server after certain milestone targets (eg 20%, 50%, 90%) & payment.

Truth is they will do NO such thing.

They will hold the code to ransom & only release it when you finally get fed up with their lies

Only then, will they require full payment for the half-baked bug ridden code (which a beginner could do better).

He is the only developer who will take a 70% already complete site & by the time he finishes with it, it tuns into a 50% complete site!

Beware - these guys are total amateurs!

They do not have "version control" which means every time they upload files to the development server to demo, you will get some previous outdated bug ridden version of code!

So this means each time they show you the demo, something changes! And not for the better!

Which means more wasted time (=MONEY) to get it put right again.

On conference calls, this joker Rajneet (I call him Rajidiot) will ignore the client at any point & take calls on his mobile phone blaring out rap music ringtones like the 3rd world wannabe he is.

They also do NOT have basic tools of professional developers who use such as using "Project Collaboration" tools

to manage projects effectively.

So what you get is a mish mash of mismanagement leading to disastrous results for your project.

These guys communicate & send files to each other via gmail!

They do NOT even have a network!

Which means there is no central depository for files (all versions of code files mixed together in someone's local hard drive)

He will talk about self respect & expect you to kiss his brown a$$ - thinking he is some kind of Indian Bill Gates..

He is just acting as a "Project manager" but is promoted beyond his abilities.

He is nothing more than a dalit from Calcutta..

SUMMARY

Stick with these jokers for easy $50 jobs, 1 man jobs, jobs requiring no thinking skills, cookie cutter sites, updating Wordpress, Joomla, HTML etc.

AVOID them for any larger project more than $500 requiring more than 1 person, custom coding skills, e-commerce, start-to-completion projects, thinking & analytical skills, creativity

THINK ABOUT IT: If they were any good they would be working at some big reputable companY instead of begging via odesk!!

LOOK AT THEIR work history - obviously this guy nust have some other job like cleaning toilets - cos he can't be making a living from odesk..

READ their buyers feedback - look closer & see it is an illusion looking better than it really is

Mainly from small easy low risk $20 jobs, $90 jobs etc...

DO NOT RISK YOUR (WASTED) TIME & MONEY on these jokers!

GUARANTEED YOU WILL REGRET IT!

YOU will then have to hire another developer or two to finish the job, wasting more time & energy, more stress!

BUT if you want PROFESSIONAL developers who are organized, using the latest tools (not an old version of Dreamweaver), using best practice...go elsewhere.
